Late Policy & Fee (PLEASE READ)

Within 24 hours of placing your order, the shop will reach out to you to confirm the order details and to schedule a pick-up window time with you. It is important that you adhere to the pick-up window that was scheduled. If you know that you will be running late, please call the shop at (202) 758-5578 to notify our staff. There will be a 15 minute grace period! Thereafter, a $25.00 Late Fee will apply and possible cancellation of your order which will be NONREFUNDABLE! While we try our absolute best to accommodate every customer, under no circumstances can we wait around all day for you to pick up your order.
